Can I bring my pet?

No sorry. No pets are allowed at any of our properties.

Do you provide bed linen?

Yes, we provide bed linen for all beds, but we do not provide towels, so be sure to bring your own!

Can you smoke in the properties?

Smoking is not allowed in any of our properties.

Can I get a refund if I need to cancel?

It’s free cancellation up to 14 days before you arrive. If it’s less than 14 days, we keep the £200 deposit.
For the Villa Retreat, the refund time is 6 weeks.
